VERY basic disk copy question

Hi,
I'm not an Apple II user, and so completely ignorant on how to do things
on the Apple II. But after I got done upgrading a Mac for the local
grammar school yesterday afternoon,  a kindergarten teacher asked me to
solve this problem for her. She has a IIe with two 5.25 floppy drives in
her classroom. It's one of those machines that has been kicking around a
school system forever and lost the manuals (or I would have answered the
question that way). She wants to back up some of her floppies before they
are ruined by her students. How do you do a floppy to floppy copy on a
IIe? Please don't laugh too hard.  :-)
