The RAMFactor card should automatically show up as a RAMdisk in
ProDOS, and I heard that typing, in BASIC, IN#x, where x is the slot #
of your card, will make it a RAMdisk in DOS 3.3. AppleWorks,
PublishIt!, BeagleWrite, FastCopy, Springboard Publisher, Personal
Publisher, and Copy ][+ (newer versions like 7+(?)) should use it.

AppleWorks 1.3 and up doesn't need drivers for RAMFactor cards,
AppleWorks 2 doesn't need drivers for RAMFactor or IIgs memory, and
AppleWorks 3 and up doesn't need drivers for any kind of RAM.
