Assuming you have an ImageWriter II and a color ribbon and Appleworks
version 3 or newer*, you can set up the printer's "Special Codes" as
black, yellow, red, blue, orange, green, and purple by inserting this
printer code (Escape K x), where x would be replaced with the numbers
0-6, respectively.
*For older versions of AppleWorks:Look in the manual--It tells you how
in detail. You'd make a custom printer and swap out the codes for
boldface, superscript, etc. and swap in the codes for colors.
