The physical format of CP/M disk was not standardized at all. 8" and
5.25", all sorts of sector formats, you name it. 
To run CP/M on a Softcard you need an Apple II 5.25" drive and a CP/M
System Disk in Apple physical format (i.e. 16 sectors, GCR encoding, etc).
