Apple IIc refurbishing + modem ?

	I'm a IIGS devotee (which I'm typing on now), but I inherited a
IIC.  The Cap Lock key and some other details need some touching up, plus
I'd like to add som more RAM somehow so I don't have to flip the 5.25
floppy to use AW 1.3 (!) [Had to dig through my AW 3.0, 2.0 and 1.3
backups to find one that wasn't modified to expect extra RAM].  Any ideas
for vendors?  Does Alltech do this kind of thing?  And can one expect to
get a modem to work?  {Again, I started out with shareware P8 or ProDos
1.1.1 and 300 baud, but are there some suggestions for a IIc?}  I
currently use ANSITerm 2.12.
