Um, what statements?  Is my newsreader missing a previous post?  I hope 
you're not talking about Derek's reply to my question on c.s.a2.gno, because

a) Derek was the one who said it, so you don't need verification from Derek
	:P

b) Using "GS/TCP Announcement!" As the name of the thread is cruel torture 
for some of us, since Derek's original statement was not an announcement, 
it was a simple progress report.  When I see "announcement!" I see 
"product release!"  and that just ain't nice.  :/
