Just to revive this old thing... it's probably a lot cheaper and simpler
to import a multi-system TV set from a PAL country. These will have one
or more SCART connectors, and at least one of them is RGB-capable on
pretty much all models. Plus being multi-system they can do NTSC, just
not over the air usually.

Not sure if there are any PAL countries that use 110 Volts, though. That
would be easiest of course.
