GraForth is definitely copyrighted, and one time a commerical ware.  
Wasn't this part of the stuff Paul Lutus released as freeware, with the 
restriction of not charging more than $5 for it?  (which Adrian Vance 
charges $10 or more for AppleWriter)

If that archive called Salvation is the program I'm thinking of, it's 
commerical and still sold by Vitesse.  This should be deleted.
