Josh Thompson's XGS version 0.44 has been released on:

There is now a Win32 port included which was done by me.  =)

BTW: Do not ask either myself or Josh Thompson for Apple IIGS ROM images.

Also, the archive of free disk images which was up before is down until
I get back from break.  It'll be back sometime near the end of January.
