Apple II SCSI Rev 'C' ROM Upagrade

I recently picked up an Apple II SCSI card to use with my IIgs.
When I tried to use the Installer, I got the error:  'Old ROM --
get Revision C from your dealer'.  Neither Apple nor my local dealer
seems able to provide the upgrade. So, what now?  I need help!

(1)  Does anyone know where I can get the ROM upgrade?

(2)  Does anyone have a dead SCSI card with a good Rev 'C' ROM?

(3)  Does anyone have a Rev C card and an EPROM programmer?

Any and all ideas would be appreciated.  Thanks for your help,
