.do files are the same as .dsk files. It's just a different suffix that
means the same thing.
.po files are disk images saved with the data in a different order. You
can convert them to .dsk files with some of the utility programs available
on asimov.
You really should ask questions like this on comp.emulators.apple2, not
here.
