   Return it if you want to be able to use your printer on an Apple
II.  Despite (or should that be In spite of?) the little Apple logo on
the front cover, Apple IIs cannot talk to any Stylewriter past the
original. [Apple won't provide drivers or specs needed to make
drivers] I think that only GS/OS had drivers for the Stylewriter--
Appleworks wouldn't talk to that at all.

   The Hewlett-Packard Deskjet line is *much* more compatible and happy
with Apple IIs.
