One caution: Since your SSC is sitting in Slot #2, it is very possible
that (assuming that this is a second-hand machine) it was configured as a
modem card. Things to check--
Make sure that the arrow on the configuration block points to TERMINAL
(or get yourself a null-modem cable; changing the terminal block is cheaper)
Set the DIP switches on the card as follows for the IW-II:
(1=ON or CLOSED; 0=OFF or OPEN)
SW1: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 SW2: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7
SW1: 0 0 0 1 0 1 1 SW2: 1 0 0 1 1 0 0
These are the SSC switch settings that Apple suggested in the IW2 owner's
manual.
