OK, I found the pinout and cabling instructions for hooking the IW II to 
a PC's parallel port.  I would still very much like to find a complete 
list of the printer control codes for the ImageWriter II, though, since 
despite my best efforts I have turned up nil on my internet searches.

By the way, does anybody have an opinion on the print quality of the C 
Itoh 8510 printer driver provided under Windows 95 when used to drive an 
ImageWriter II?  Just curious before I go out and splice up a cable.
