IIe disk image questions

Hello all,

I've managed to find a wonderful IIe emulator for my Pentium and would like to make disk images of my old Apple 
IIe stuff.  The emulator tells a little bit about how to do this, but not enough.

If anyone has a really easy way to make images that they can tell me about, or knows of a place I can send my 
IIe disks and have it done for a small fee, I'd really appreciate it.
