Ok, how do you do this? :) The Visit Monitor is one of the coolest
things on the GS - to be able to stop a program and hack around on
innards and then restart it is very cool.
I'm using a short tif I saw in Nibble a long time ago ("Inst.CDA"?)
to enable them when I don't shift boot, but if I shift boot after
a cold boot and forget to hit # at the * prompt, no programmers CDAs.
