Apple II stuff in San Fran, US?

Friend of mine's going to San Francisco, USA for the holidays.

Thought I should ask him to pick up some used Apple II stuff for me 
(going on the assumption that stuff in the States is cheaper than stuff 
in Canada ;) ).

I'm looking for Ultima IV & V, AppleWorks 3.0 and higher, ProTerm 3.0 and 
higher, 2400 baud modems, and a disk notcher.

Anyway,.. does anyone know of any places in San Fran that sells Apple II 
stuff (preferably below $10)?
