Yes, this problem can result from the ADB controller, refusing to reset
itself. Therefore the Apple IIGS reports an "Fatal error 0911".
But there is also another possibility to consider:
The keyboard itself does not work properly!!!
I exchanged my keyboard with another one and the error message had gone.
(My other Apple IIGS did not work with the damaged one at all!!!)
Ah yes, most of the MAC keyboards should also work fine with an Apple
IIGS.
