Here is a good place to start to see what magazines are already
available on the web:

I have tried to include everything that I am aware of but there may be
a few items that I missed.  Also, there are some archives that are
ongoing projects, so keep that in mind.  If you know of any other
resources, let me know but that link has links to all the major
archives.
