PFS File for IIe needed

My 81 year old mother trashed her PFS File program disk for her IIe and 
can't find one. She has the whole family tree (the data disks are ok, I 
think) and a lot of hours invested.

I need to find a Program for her, plus I'd like to upgrade her computer 
but she would need to have either a computer upgrade that would run PFS 
File or a compatible program if there is one, or the data would need to 
be converted for another system.  I have NO experience with Apples/Mac's, 
and would be forever grateful if someone could help and would be happy to 
pay for the right solution.

Any ideas are appreciated.
