   If you have a ZipGS in your system, the Zip will cause an 0Cxxxxxx
errir to be reported, even if there is no error. Try yanking it or
other cards and running the self test again. [Alternatively, you can
turn the Zip off with DIP switch 1-6 set to off and run the test; only
change the dip switches with the GS powered off]

   The latest system software (6.x)'s release notes say that they
should be ignoring unclaimed sound interrupts, and turning the
interrupt source off. If you've got the memory, you may want to
consider upgrading or reinstalling it.
