Also worth noting is that it disables the menu which is brought
up by Option-Control-Reset (or holding down the Option key during a
power-up). That menu has an option for entering the Control Panel,
as well as toggling between 50 and 60 Hz power.
Placing a jumper on 'S1' has no affect any of the graphical NDA
Control Panels though, you have to manually disable or remove it to
completely lock children out.
