Converting APPLE II binary files to IBM compatible, for recovering eprom files stored years ago.

Howdy, howdy, howdy..
Well I have a simple problem, I wish to be able to (ha) read my old apple
files on my IBM compatible so I can transfer the little B@#$(@s over to
the now standard format IBM for eprom programming. These are a bunch that
I saved over ten years ago, and I don't have any easy way (nor remember
how to) transfer the files via serial cable and an old super serial card.
Any suggestions would be helpfull, I have about 15 - 20 double sided ( I
flipped them over, hey floppies were expensive once apon a time) discs of
files. Thanks!
