[Regular readers of comp.sys.apple2 will know from some other threads
that Sam was badly treated on IRC #appleiigs recently when he
asked an Apple ][ question. I assume the above statement is a
parody of the hostile responses he got when he asked his question.]
Whoa, Sam, calm down there. I know you're pissed off at some folks
who hang out on IRC #appleiigs and you aren't happy with how they
treated you there. But comp.sys.apple2, I've always liked to think,
is much more open-minded with regards to the Apple ][ question
which you claim to have asked on #appleiigs, prompting the
the hostility you observed there. Why not just ask your
question here? For technical issues, I've found comp.sys.apple2
and comp.sys.apple2.programmer to be excellent sources
of information. (We all know what happens when legal
issues come up, so if you don't want to see hostility, just don't
get involved in those issues. Ask your lawyer instead!)
