I have a question. If the original poster is actually saying "is there
any way to make the usable w/ out A// machines?" does he or she really
want to use the disks on Apple II computers? I would assume that what
they are saying is that they have CopyII + on a PC (I think it was developed
for DOS, maybe?) and since they have had problems, they think it is
because _only_ an Apple II would be able to format them. I think the
whole problem here is that people have been responding as if their
request is the opposite (unless an A// machine is a special disk-formatter
machine). (I.e. they want to use the disks on a PC). I really don't know
anything about PC's at all, maybe somebody could help them out?
