I recently rediscovered (using assembly after having used C) that assembly
is faster -- the execution speed, not the programming :-) -- than any
high-level-language, even on a GS. OK, thou shalt not generalize, but I
believe this is a strong point in favor of assembly programming on the GS.
On the other side you never finish your project because you have to deal
with petty details all the time... :-)
