   It's done in software on both macs and Apple IIGSs. To save Super
Hires screens, I use a real simple one published by Nibble some years
ago; it's still copyrighted as far as I can tell. There are a few
others that are copyable. ground.isca.uiowa.edu didn't seem to have
any files that looked relevant (and its directory structure needs
serious work to be useful), and apple2.caltech.edu seems to be denying
ftp connections.

   Saving non-Super Hires screens pretty much requires Softswitch, a
commercial program by Roger Wagner publishing.
