In addition to these activities, a large Sirian Peace Angel was
successfully anchored onto Haleakala on November 11, 1996 (9 Ahau, 8
Xul, 5 Eb). The purpose of this anchoring was to complete the energies
needed to prepare Earth's new grid for its vitalization before the end
of December or the ending of the galactic month of Mol. These grids are
part of the entire process of preparing Earth for the divine guided
intervention of the Galactic Federation of Light by a mass landing on or
before the date of December 17, 1996 (in galactic time, 6 Cib, 4 Mol, 5
Eb). These landings are proceeding on time and have been marked by the
increasing boldness and activity of the ships of the galactic fleet. In
addition, we are setting various landing grids around the planet as
shown by a certain green fireball in early October (late in the galactic
month of Zotz) and recently in New Mexico during the same time as the
Peace Angel was anchored. These activities are a part of the overall
process of creating a vast series of landing grids that will allow the
fleet to successfully land on the appointed date. These actions have
coincided with the need to complete the alterations and tunings of the
human body for its great return to full consciousness.

At present, the three stranding of your RNA/DNA (in preparation for its
rapid alteration into its complete 12 stranding) has proceeded on track
and this change as well as an alteration in cellular metabolism has
increased consciousness as well as an awareness of what we (the
Spiritual Hierarchy and the Galactic Federation) have been doing. A
major side effect has been the global growth in consciousness and
spirituality. A general feeling has developed among the Earth's
population that something is about to happen and to happen quite soon.
This feeling has been given to you because it is now essential that you
begin to awaken from your long slumber in amnesia land. For far too
long, Earth's population has lived in the unreal world of the so-called
physical world and ignored the larger and more profound world of the
spirit. Now, these two separated realities will be merged together in
the world of full consciousness. This gift will be given to you all at
the dates for the arrival of the photon belts that were mentioned
previously; however, this shift in your reality paradigm will be given
in a very gentle, but rapid fashion by the divine intervention of the
ships and counselors of the Galactic Federation.

Our present plan is to progressively increase the activity in your skies
during the next few weeks as well as the boldness of your sightings with
our fleet's ships. The point of this activity is to prepare for first
contact with Earth's human population, and in so doing to end the vast
cover-up that has existed on your planet since the late 1940s (the
period in galactic time from 7 Ik to the present time). We look forward
to this contact, to the return of your star system to full membership in
the Federation, to the completion of your destiny as a showcase
civilization and the major anchor point for the Peace Treaty of Anchara.

At present, all Galactic Federation ships involved in setting the landing
grids have been in furious operation on all of Earth's major continents.
These ships should be finished with their work by December 9, 1996 (11
Lamat, 16 Yaxkin, 5 Eb). By that time all landing grids will be locked
in and ready for use. Their work has created an increased observance of
various colored "fireballs" sighted in your night sky throughout the
length and breadth of your beloved planet. We are also changing the
energy composition of the upper layers of planet Earth. This change has
created the increased amount of "moonbows" around the Moon and
culminated in the very unusually pinkish-coral fire and purplish-orange
colors of your last full moon on November 24, 1996 ( 9 Ben, 1 Yaxkin, 5
Eb).
