Transwarp (NOT gs) and P/S help, please!!!

Anyone who can help me figure this out?

   I have a recently acquired Transwarp in my //e now, but it doesn't seem to want
to cooperate with me.  If I put any card in the Aux slot, it won't start up.  The
screen just blinks on and off, like it's trying to power up over and over.  Pull the
card from the Aux slot, it starts up nice and quick.  There are two sets of 8 dip
switches on the Transwarp, but I have no idea what they do.  Does anyone out there
have any idea why this card won't work with my Aux slot cards (tried 3 different
ones) or does anyone have a set of dox they could e-mail/snail-mail/fax me?  I'd
really like to get this thing working.

   Also, I have loaded this machine fairly heavily with cards (7 full slots), and
after a time, it starts blinking on and off rapidly (even without the Transwarp).  I
think I may be overloading the Power Supply once it warms up.  Does anyone know of a
higher-output power supply for //e's?  could I make/buy/salvage one somewhere?

   If either of these questions are covered in the FAQ, I couldn't find them, so I
am looking forward to any CONSTRUCTIVE input from any helpful Apple // fans.
