Error Message HELP!....<RAMFAST-SCSI FATAL MEMORY FAULT CODE=08>

We use a IIGS in my business. Today the system would not boot. It gave
the following message:

>		RAMFAST-SCSI FATAL MEMORY FAULT CODE = 08

Could it be an problem with my SSCI card? 

It is a RAMFAST-SSCI  serial #2656   256K Rev C

It was bought from a company called TMS Peripherals. When I called their
number is disconnected.

The card was made by a company called C.V. Technologies in Ohio. Their
phone is also disconnected.

Any knowledge of these companies...bought out?...changed names?...moved?
