     What is a "computer bit"? Can you spend CB's to purchase a new hard
disk, CD-ROM drive, ... ? Really, you must admit that there is nothing
wrong with making money by delivering a useful service.

     Regarding the copyright notice: anyone can stick such a notice on
anything. It means nothing as far as your ownership of your wares is
concerned.

     If you do not wish for your stuff to be on the other site, ask the
site owner to remove it. If you would be satisfied with proper credit and
a notice that your wares are "Copyright by Richard ..." and being made
available on the site by your permission, then, let the owner of the other
site know.

     If you want a 'piece of the pie' (i.e. $$$), then, fine.

     Obviously, the other guy should not have put up your stuff without a
prior agreement; but, that's done. Now, you can work out a deal you like
or withdraw your permission for placing your stuff on the other site. If
your permission is withdrawn and the stuff is not removed, you can always
post this information on csa2.
