   Just about any external serial modem will work when connected to
the GS with a hardware handshaking cable and the right
software. [Internals only went to 2400 baud, which is slower than what
you want.]

   There are pretty much only 2 FAX programs out; both require a
GS. PMPFax is regarded as the better versus Faxination.
