Can't believe no one jumped on this. Just picked up an AE Z-Ram Ultra III
(clock, 1M memory, Z80 softcard built-in) for IIc with an 8Mhz. ZipChip (!).
A BIN for less than I've seen the Zip alone go for separately.
The Z-Ram has one pin broken off the bottom where it fits into the IIc
motherboard - easy to fix.
Sold strictly "as-is" with no returns, but seller has high ratings. We shall
see, I guess...
