I'm not sure you can ... haven't hard of a base64 (MIME) decoder for
the Apple IIgs. Maybe there is one, I dunno. If not, take the file to
a PC or Mac, decode it. You'll get a file wolfdemo.bxy. Transfer that
to your GS and unpack it using Balloon or GS-Shrinkit.
