All the bickering

I realise that most everyone in the ceasless bickering wars *thinks*
they are helping the Apple II in there own way.  I think not...

I USED to frequent this group... was helped by several folks, helped a
few, and became interested in some software for my Apple IIgs.  And I
bought it.  Supported some starving Apple II programmers.

Then I got sick of the fighting.  I left csa2.  Figured I would let
things cool down and then come back.  Months later, I return to see
the same fighting, mostly by the same people.  Off I go again.  

I wonder how many pieces of software have been discussed that I would
have bought?  How many more will I miss before I return?  

I do not think that my plea for a cease firing for the sake of the
Apple II will work.  I do not think ANYBODY who frequently joins into
the battles seriously cares about the Apple II or the programmers.
Or, if they do, they care more about the fight than they do the
programs or the platform.  

I hope the Apple II lives forever... or at least long enough to see
the end off all this stupidity that is tearing it down.
