Popularly it's called Cupertino but I don't know what the real typeset
is called (another city name, I believe).  And I have created a
Cupertino bitmapped font, not TrueType, for GSOS/Publish It as well as
old Printshop.  (Also available from me is Delphin in both formats.)
Say the word and I'll binscii CUPERTINO.SHK your way...
