Well, 45ns in both seems to work well for 13.75MHz.  I had
to tweak the voltage up a notch and replace the fan inside
the System Saver with a higher quality unit (double the
original cubic feet/sec rating).

The original in the System Saver was actually more noisy
than the replacement.
