I have just recently acquired an Apple 2+ and 2e.  I have accounted for 
all the cards excpet one:

  It is labeled:

   SLOTWARE tm
   by MICROTEK

  200-10290 rev B


                                            RV611

  What is the actual use of this card?

 (My guess is a controller for input devices)
