I've got two of the Apple /// beasts.  There is a public domain site out on the net
that has a bunch of stuff you can download.  I can't remember the address, but it's
probably mentioned in the stuff at the Washington Apple Pi site.  The files
are shareware (so you'll have to pay the required fee if you find them useful).

It can be a pain to get the stuff into the right format.  I managed to do it about a
year ago.  I don't remember all the details, but it went something like this:

	o Get the files onto my Unix account at work.

	o Download them to my Mac at home.

	o Move them (via 3.5 disk) to my IIgs which has a 5 1/4 drive on it.

	o Run some conversion programs on them.  I'm not sure if it was binascii or
	  some other program.  I also think I had to run unforkit, since the Mac 
	  always creates forks for files no matter what type they are.

	o Move them to 5 1/4 disk on the IIgs.

	o They're now ready to use on the ///.

Note that the key to this whole process is that both the Apple // and Apple /// use
ProDOS.

I think you'll have to buy the system disks.  I didn't find them out on the net.  The
software I mentioned is nothing too great -- but it's about all that's available
on the net.  Washington Apple Pi or Sun Remarketing has a bunch of commercial type
programs available.  They're both on the web.

I bought the II+ emulation disk from Sun Remarketing.  I found it to be the most
useful, because now I can run my library of II+ stuff on them.
