First of all, "Bible Thumpers" aren't the only people who can claim to be
offended by copyright infringement. Left wing atheists can also be 
against the theft of intellectual property. It's only thieves who condone 
software piracy.

Secondly, you caused me harm.

I was having a perfectly wonderful day, until I downloaded Convert 3200 - a
program that I publish - from your web site. I got angry. I got upset. I'm
still upset. And why? Because of your actions, and your actions, alone.

Plain and simple, you infringed on my and Brutal Deluxe's copyright. And, in
the eyes of the law, there is no acceptable excuse for copyright 
infringement.

You can babble all you want, Mentzer. You're a thief. Your actions did cause
harm. And, as I said before, you haven't heard the last from me. And, neither
has the person who gave you Convert 3200.

And, yes, we know exactly who gave it to you.
