   Funny. I've got some other friends who did connect and download,
and they weren't at any of the sites listed above. But then again,

   Logs are nothing more than a text file that can be edited. Given
that you've got a twinge of conscience (and a bunch of lawyers) near
you, all the offending data can be quickly and neatly wiped. Just
because you closed down one area doesn't mean that all suspicion of
you is gone.

   On the other hand, the pirate site was very real. You cannot go
through soviet revisionist history and claim it was bullshit.

   Then there's also this issue of your claiming that you got some
(at least the Softdisks) of the software from a different ftp site.
Let's see their logs, what you stole, what everyone else stole. Do
you have the balls to post the location of that site so that I can
nuke it also?

   Bottom line folks:
YOU PIRATE SOFTWARE WRITTEN BY ME OR MY FRIENDS, AND CURRENTLY BEING
SOLD, YOU ARE IN DEEP SHIT.

Steve Mentzer's, and most likely on wherever he got the software from.]
