GS2 hard drive; help please

I was given a CMS hard drive to attach to my GS2.  Of course there are no 
manuals for it.  It is a SCSI drive.  According to the SCSI manual that 
came with the card, I have to set a number on the drive and use a 
terminator.  On the back of the drive is a bank of six switches.  Does 
anyone know how to set this drive up so the computer will recognize it.  
Needless to say it didn't come with a terminator and there are no local 
suppliers who handle anything but Mac stuff.
