Do you really believe that by telling the same lie over and over and over
again that it'll somehow become truth???
I have a letter from Olivier Goguel, dated October 4, 1991 that most clearly
states that NoiseTracker is public domain software.
Once a work is placed into the public domain, it remains in the public
domain.
