IIe problem

I just bought a IIe that has one or more bad ram on the logic board
(according to diagnostic disk) I can still get it to boot, though not
every time. And, it doesn't always work right. My question is, how can
I isolate the bad ram and is it feasible to desolder it from the logic
board and replace it with another? If so, what kind of technical
expertise is needed? Minimal? Advanced? Or just familiarity with
soldering?

Many questions. Thanks in advance for your help!
