   Gate Array Logic. A chip with a bunch of inputs and a bunch of
outputs.  When you make them, you can program the outputs to be any
mathematical function of the inputs.

   Slightly more flexible than ROMs since you can get them in strange
combos of lots or inputs and few outputs, or vice versa.
