You can connect almost anything. The problem is getting things to
talk to each other. Imagewriters are not a very popular or really
supported printer by most PC stuff. Apparently setting COM1 or COM2 to
9600 baud and telling the software you have some canon dotmatrix
printer mostly works, but I'm not totally sure.
[BTW, you could try asking on the IBM PC newsgroups since the
problem's on their side, not the Apple one.]
