   Misc.test is better carried, or there are many other .test
newsgroups designed expressly for that kind of posting.

   Relevancy to the newsgroup you're posting on is a *darn* fine
concept that some people still need to be reminded of, or learn for
the first time. Too bad some would rather not learn first and act
later.
