Cross-works cable pinouts

I've recently dug up an old Cross-works cable and software to move some 
AppleWorks database files over to my P.C.. One problem though.....most of the 
wires have come off the PC end. I'm not really a wiz at cabling so I was 
wondering if anyone knew which wires went to which pin.  
The PC connector is a 25-pin male.
