As far as I know, *ZERO*. Apple IIs were bundled with the OS, some
form of tour or mini demo, and sometimes a disk of other minor little
games. No application software was part of any deals officially made.
[We're not counting OS 'sales' since that was pretty much given away
by Apple.]

I've pointed this out several times already; it still makes almost
no sense to shoot yourself in the foot as bad and as often as Apple
did.
