PFS Write

An acquantance has been happily using the PRODOS version of PFS Write on his 
Apple IIc for years.  Unfortunatley, his copy-protected disk went belly-up 
and, of course, the address in his manual was useless for getting a 
replacement.  I examined his disk, and was able to copy it with the bit copy 
in Copy II Plus to get around the copy protection.  However, one file 
(WRITE.NAT) is damaged and needs replacement.
 
Does anyone know where one can find the ProDOS version of PFS Write?  Or can 
someone copy the one damaged file for me (WRITE.NAT)?
